I’ve been referred to Bredy by one of my coworkers because my previous broker is nowhere to be found. We wanted to take advantage of the low variable rates due to COVID 19 and refinance our house.

I told Bredy about my financial situation and he offered the best option for my situation and explained it thoroughly. Most importantly, he is VERY responsive even after regular office hours. There is no pressure from Bredy and after doing some homework, we ended up going with his original suggestion. I then asked Bredy if he can refer me to a real estate lawyer because the one I had before from Golden Plaza would call (not even email) me “every single minor issue”. I wanted a lawyer to take care of everything and would only contact me for providing additional financial information that Bredy doesn’t already have and signing the legal papers. Bredy took matters into his own hands and instructed the lawyer not to contact me unless it is absolutely necessary. The lawyer’s fee is also very reasonable. Based on my experience from the last lawyer, I am sure Bredy did so many “behind the scene” work and I only ended up communicating the lawyer twice, first providing the financial documents and then meeting the lawyer at her office for only 15 minutes. I can’t thank enough for his awesome customer service.
